Sportsbook with casino and live tables
BetNeptune review
BetNeptune opened in 2020, according to its about page, and is run by ProgressPlay Limited. It is a sportsbook at heart, with a casino and live dealer section sharing the same balance. Promotions lean on football — a cashback deal and an NFL London free bet were live when we looked. The welcome free bet is listed with different wagering in two of the operator's own documents, so we hold it back.
Welcome offer
We do not show BetNeptune's welcome offer. The operator's promotion page and general terms do not agree, and the version we could see was not the UK one. See operator terms. We will revisit it once the two agree.

Who runs it
ProgressPlay Limited runs BetNeptune under Gambling Commission account 39335; www.betneptune.com is listed among that account's domains in the public register.
Gambling Commission public registerA betting site first
Football and US sports fill the promotions page, and the welcome is a free bet rather than a casino bonus — so the two sides of the site do not get mixed up in one offer.
The casino tab draws on the same ProgressPlay library as its sister brands, so regulars of those sites will know most of the games.
Payments
Credit cards are switched off for UK customers. PayPal is listed for UK and Irish players, alongside Paysafecard, Trustly and MuchBetter. Withdrawals sit pending for one business day before they move.
Limits worth setting
Deposit limits come first in the safer-gambling tools, then time-outs and self-exclusion. If you bet in-play, a daily limit is the one that protects you on a busy weekend.

Asked and answered
Is BetNeptune for betting or casino?
Both — sports, casino and live dealer games share one account.
Why does JollyToys not show the BetNeptune welcome?
The operator's documents do not agree. See operator terms. We wait until they match.
Our takeaway
A sensible pick for weekend football bettors who want a casino in the same wallet. Choose it for markets and payout speed, not the welcome.
